Cancellations and refunds
When you buy an experience in any sales channel of the Company in Colombia (call center, payment link, transfer, consignment or through experiences memorable.com), you can give up the experience until 7 days before the start of the same.
In case of a definitive cancellation of a service, it must be notified in writing, at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the service, in this case, we will retain a value of 30% of the total value. If the rate is promotional does not apply this benefit. The money will be refunded in a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.
In case of canceling within the 7 days prior to the date scheduled for the experience, or not attending the scheduled date, 100% of the total value of the service will be deducted considering no show.
In case of rescheduling the date within 7 days prior to the date scheduled for the experience, an additional payment of will be incurred, which must be canceled, 7 days before the new scheduled date.
